The full process

Six stages, with a useful result at every handoff.

01
Start without pressure

Share your vision.

Tell us what you are launching, who it is for, where the design will appear, and when you need it. Add references or existing brand files if they help. There is no payment just to submit the brief.

A useful brief ready to scope
02
Know the deal first

Guaranteed fixed quote.

Before design starts, you receive a written quote that defines the service, deliverables, concepts, revision rounds, file formats, price, and expected schedule. You can review it before reserving the project.

A fixed quote with no surprise hourly bill
03
60% to begin

Lock in your schedule.

Once the scope is approved, the 60% deposit secures the project in the schedule. We organise the brief, match the right designer, and establish the creative direction before concepts are developed.

A confirmed project in production
04
Design and refine

Design & refinement.

Concepts are created around the agreed audience, use cases, and creative direction. You can respond in plain language. We apply the revision rounds in your quote and quality-check the work before asking for approval.

An approved final design
05
40% at approval

Final review & approval.

You approve the finished design before the last payment is due. The final 40% completes the project balance and unlocks the source files, production files, and ownership deliverables listed in the quote.

Final files cleared for release
06
Files made useful

Vector master handoff.

You receive the approved exports and agreed source files for the relevant web, social, print, packaging, or launch uses. Brand assets can be kept together in Brand Vault so the next project starts with the right materials.

A launch-ready result owned by your business

PAYMENT MILESTONES

Simple two-stage payment model.

You do not pay the entire project total before seeing the work. The first payment starts the project; the second follows final design approval.

Before you post the brief

The questions that usually matter before a project begins.

More service-specific details are confirmed in your written quote, where the scope, concepts, revisions, timing, and files are made explicit.

01Does posting a brief commit me to the project?

No. Posting the brief is free. We review it and prepare the scope, fixed quote, and expected schedule before you decide whether to reserve the project.

02When do I pay the 60% deposit?

Only after you have reviewed and approved the written scope and fixed quote. The 60% payment reserves the project and allows design work to begin.

03When is the final 40% due?

The remaining 40% is due after final design approval and before source files, production files, and ownership deliverables are released.

04How many concepts and revisions are included?

The exact number depends on the service or package. Your quote states the concept count and included revision rounds before work starts, so both sides know the boundaries.

05What if I do not have a polished brief?

Notes, links, rough ideas, and examples are enough to begin. We organise the useful information and ask for any missing detail that would materially affect the design.

06What happens if the scope changes?

Small refinements within the agreed direction use the revision rounds in your quote. New deliverables or a materially different direction are scoped and priced separately before that extra work begins.
